About The Struggles in Life and How My Personalised Self help Programme Can Help Programme Can Help My personal belief is that as human beings we all want to continuously change and grow. I call that: being 'in process'. We are looking to find happiness and fulfillment, but there are times in our lives that we can’t even reach glimpses of these. What is holding us back can be a variety of reasons: Unconscious motives You will learn to see and understand unconscious motives, feelings or 'learnt patterns of behavior'. Impossible choices Life can present situations where choices have to be made, but neither decision feels okay. Exploring the possibilities on a deeper level will give a better insight and empower you to make the right decision at that moment in time. Feeling 'stuck' In a current situation or in a past situation. Inertia makes you feel powerless and your personal programme will make you move out of this. Not understanding oneself Life can be so busy and demanding that we do not spend enough time to get to know who we are and what we really want. Doing takes over from being. Doing gets in the way of defining where we are going. As a result we participate in the rat race, but we don't take care of ourselves. Neglect can catch up with you and can express itself in feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, feelings of loss and unfulfilled potential, or a sense of isolation and lack of direction. Knowing who you are, what you need and what you want in life, will offer you the foundation to make choices in life that are close to 'your heart', and therefore make you happier and more fulfilled. Steps in the PSP 1. Knowing something is not okay in your life. However, not exactly knowing what, or how to deal with it by yourself. 2. Caring enough for yourself to give yourself the opportunity to improve your life. 3. Growing and developing yourself when you get to know new sides to you. Knowledge will help you to identify what is holding you back. 4. Empowering yourself to make choices and take actions that are beneficial for you and contribute to your wellbeing. 5. Changing your life towards more happiness and fulfillment. 6. Ongoing self development, learned in this programme, that will enable you to be 'in process', to live your life happily and satisfactorily. |
